Harry Potter Birthday

As a true Harry Potter fan, Lauren’s birthday needed to be authentic and exciting. We started with a visit to the 9 3/4 platform at King’s Cross station where guests donned the Sorting Hat to learn their house and advance into the dining hall. Suspended candles, an appearance by Hedwig, wands for everyone, dragon eggs in vessels, and dozens of book references had guests surprised and delighted throughout the event. Food was served family style, in true Hogwart’s fashion, with a paper runner down the middle of each table, complete with hand-painted house sigils. Quidditch cornhole and other themed games kept the entertainment going! Photos by Brooke Eppa Photography

1st Birthday

Kennedy’s first birthday was as sweet as could be! With metallic ribbon curtains and balloons, balloons, and more balloons, we loved this bright and festive first celebration! This peaches and cream color palette blends perfectly with metallic features and took its cues from an ice cream cone inspiration. We had fun with largescale elements like giant foam flowers, taller than the birthday girl marquee letters, and several grand backdrops. Photography by Michelle Larralde.

Halloween Party

Is there anything better than combining a beloved holiday and a birthday celebration?? This Halloween birthday was epic with eerie lighting, plenty of creepy props, and cobwebs galore. Our favorite touches? Illuminated drinks and misbehaving skeletons scattered throughout the event.

Sorority Party

How fun is this sorority party for Zeta Tau Alpha! Our copper arch looked fabulous as a backdrop with hot pink highlights, but this event focused around the dessert display! We especially loved the large air plants mixed into the floral arrangements. Vinyl signage on mirrors is a great way to create a contemporary twist on traditional signage.

Birthday Party

How sweet is this Secret Garden themed birthday? Hues of pinks and greens amidst textured centerpieces created the perfect mix of charm and whimsy. Check out that white picket fence – literally! We’re officially convinced every little girl’s birthday needs a mini lounge with bunnies!

Birthday Party

How do you celebrate a car-loving 80 year old’s birthday? Cars, cars, and more cars! Guests met at the base of the venue’s hill and were chauffeured to the event in various vintage vehicles. We used bold black and white with splashes of red to create a strikingly masculine set up. Centerpieces included classic cars on mirrors with floral arrangements mixed in whiskey cups and signage that incorporated all things motorized. Even the photo booth was on wheels with the Idaho Photo Bus! Happy birthday, Don!

Wedding Anniversary

Summer had arrived at Cottonwood Grille with this gorgeous garden party celebrating 40 years of marriage! Linens mimicked the Bride’s dress from 1974 with a swiss dot pattern, and photos of the couple were displayed throughout the patio set up. Each guest received a vintage floral postcard to leave a personalized note for the couple, which was later compiled into a keepsake book. Favors included the couple’s favorite locally made jams. We loved the simplicity of the mixed milk glass vases with stunning florals to brighten the entire space. Photography by Taylor Alpaugh.
